Dunollie Hotel - 'A Bespoke Hotel'

A great hotel at a great value. Good location when exploring the Isle of Skye. Convenient that it's right beside an Asda and CO OP -and a cute lil market. Also 10min walk away from restaurants. Breakfast had good options and their restaurant was also really good. The staff were pleasant. Stayed in a single room, and it was very clean/tidy. Honestly, as long as I am provided the basics, I am happy. The only downside is that the walls are somewhat thin? So you can hear creaks and groans (but that also might be a Scotland building thing). Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were friendly and the hotel is cosy. The views are beautiful and you have different options to park so that makes easier. Our only problem was that the window in our room (222) wasn't properly sealed and let in a lot of air, which made it quite cold if you were near the window. We didn't say anything as we were only staying for one night and didn't want to bother anyone, so we covered the gap with a towel and didn't feel cold. But fyi in a future. The rest, really nice.

Clean rooms, but very basic & very small. Does feel like a 1970's youth hostel/old folks home. Staff were nice, but the whole place lacks any atmosphere or ambience. Very handy large co op next door. Breakfast very greasy but plentiful. Better places to stay for the price
