We came for Valentine's Day with my partner. Marisa welcomed us, and she was super nice and available to answer any questions we had. The room was very clean and cute, and with the Valentine's Day decorations, it was simply perfect. ❤️ Thank you for everything. We'll be back soon. ❤️

Extremely satisfied! Fiasella21 is a real insider tip in the heart of the old town – the location is perfectly central, ideal for exploring Sarzana. The hotel is very, very clean, and you feel welcome and well looked after from the very first moment. A very special thank you to Sara and her colleague – they are a truly fantastic team: warm, attentive, and absolutely accommodating. We felt completely at home and would come back anytime. Highly recommended!

The room was perfect for its cleanliness, service, and location in the center of Sarzana. The welcome was warm, and the lady who greeted us was patient and helpful, willing to provide all the information we needed. The room has everything we need, and everything inside appears fairly new and clean. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious, and the bathroom (without a window) is in perfect condition. There's even a small complimentary kit of organic toiletries. The room also has shelves for clothes and a table with a kettle and coffee maker, as well as some snacks for a quick breakfast. I would stay here again. Highly recommended.
