The people who run and work here are the true soul of the hotel. Renato, the owner, is a serious, friendly, and always available person. Alongside his partner Marcela, they are always ready to satisfy every guest's need. I highly recommend Veronica's spritz, always accompanied by her great assistant Dino, and Filomena's cappuccino. If you want to play a game of chess, Pietro is there, but if you don't want to lose... it's best not to play. Maicol and Blu are the mascots of this hotel, and they are ABSOLUTELY PET-FRIENDLY. Their presence will please animal lovers, but it's definitely not a bother because they have their own assigned spaces and don't bother guests in the least. The location is excellent: the hotel is in the center of Pontenure, in the main square. Opposite is the church and a large open space where they hold the city market and antiques market. To the sides is Raggio Park, a beautiful green space with a library where they often host events, including family readings, a playground for children, and a truly enormous fenced-in dog park. On the other side, there's a pizza place (for those who like spicy food, I recommend the salami and gorgonzola) and kebab (perhaps the best in the province, I'm not going to risk saying). Just 10 steps away are a bakery, pharmacy, laundromat, barbershop, banks, a supermarket, a thrift store, clothing stores, a sports center, and so on. Right outside the hotel courtyard door is the bus stop, which takes you to Piacenza in less than 10 minutes, while the train station is just behind it. There are various room types to suit different needs. There's an on-site bar, and some venues downstairs where Latin dance evenings and other styles are held. There's also a large enclosed courtyard, suitable for families with children. In short, I highly recommend this hotel because, considering the rooms, management, location, activities, etc., it offers truly excellent value for money. Add to this the warmth of feeling right at home... and the result is TOP! Have a great stay! 🙂

The high price doesn't justify such an uncomfortable facility. The owner is friendly and welcoming.

I stayed at this hotel last week and found the rooms very clean and bright. What impressed me most, however, was the welcome. The young woman who greeted me was very kind and helpful, and the owner was equally available to resolve a problem I had. A truly excellent hotel, I highly recommend it!
