The residence is located in the upper part of Spello. Passing outside the town, you'll find two public parking lots, from which you can reach the residence in just a few minutes' walk. The apartment is located in a classic stone building, characteristic of Spello. It consists of a spacious and comfortable double bedroom, a smaller room with a single bed, a fairly large and well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely bathroom with a comfortable shower. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m. in a room downstairs. Everything is well-maintained and cared for. Annamaria, who welcomed us and served breakfast, is very friendly and kind, and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful, comfortable location with an excellent position...Ms. Anna is a friendly and welcoming woman from another era. Highly recommended...excellent breakfast with Mrs. Anna who makes the meal pleasantly preserved...both adults and children were satisfied...we will be back in the summer👍

A traditional house with great attention to detail, comfortable and convenient. The hostess was very kind and hospitable. An excellent choice, I must say.
