We stayed 2 nights. The place was a little difficult to find because of my GPS, but we finally received a warm welcome from Ivana. The atmosphere was clean, the breakfast was generous, and Ivana was available for anything we needed. Very close to Gubbio and the La Contessa restaurant, which Ivana recommended to us and where we invite you to try it. Thanks, Ivana, until next time.

The room was clean, quiet, and cool. The bathroom was clean. The mattress wasn't very comfortable; it sagged a bit. The management was very homely. The lady brings breakfast at the scheduled time, but the pastries are packaged, only milk and coffee, such as cappuccino. A negative note, in my opinion, is that payment is cash-only because the lady doesn't have a card reader. Overall, a decent solution.

I strongly recommend reviewing the management and reorganization of the B&B, taking into account the regulations regarding food consumption. Breakfast included homemade products from days ago, extremely hard, and not to be served. Furthermore, despite having requested breakfast at 8:00, it wasn't possible before 8:50 due to the host's delay in bringing the drinks. Otherwise, the room to the right of the entrance has a mattress that's too hard, uncomfortable, and uneven with dips. The bathroom is fine, and the room is heated. The exterior is very nice, with parking. The interior of the B&B, however, needs to be revisited. It has good potential, but unfortunately, it's not being fully exploited. The price is higher than what was offered.
