What a lovely B&B in a picture postcard location. The first photo shows the front of the house, the second, the room you will stay in at the top right hand side of the house. Clare is a wonderful host and makes you feel right at home. You have a double room with a view over the church and a private bathroom. Clare stays next door overnight when she has guests so you really are given complete privacy. Breakfast is a homemade fruit compote with thick yoghurt, cereal, toast, juice, tea or coffee, and eggs and bacon if you want it. We really enjoyed talking to Clare about Abbotsbury and she also had recommendations on where to eat. Our dog was also made very welcome and enjoyed meeting Clare's dog Button. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay, home from home.

This beautiful B&B in its picturesque location charmed us from the very first moment – ​​the perfect, idyllic start to our road trip! Everything is lovingly decorated, and beautiful flowers adorn the house and garden. Clare and Dan are simply wonderful people and amazing hosts who made us feel right at home. We enjoyed a lovely double room with a view of the church and a private bathroom. The atmosphere was very private and home-run. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection: homemade fruit compote with yogurt, muesli, toast, juice, tea or coffee, and eggs and bacon upon request. They also gave us some great restaurant recommendations in Abbotsbury. Overall, a truly wonderful stay – we felt right at home.
