AC Hotel Firenze

I truly loved my stay at AC Hotel Firenze. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the historic center, making it easy to explore Florence on foot. Public transport is also conveniently nearby, though it’s hardly needed as everything is so close. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. A special thanks to Matteo at the Front Desk, who checked us in — he was extremely polite, professional, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. I would definitely come back to Florence and would happily stay at this hotel again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

While this hotel sits outside of the old town area, it is an easy walk from the hotel into the old town areas. There is the T1 line that runs just a short walk away. The hotel overall is clean and well managed. Rooms are comfortable and provide plenty of room. The bar and restaurant area is great with very good service. The breakfast buffet provides options for anything you are looking to start your day of adventure with. Overall, had a wonderful stay and the staff is very helpful and nice. Would recommend this hotel for your stay in Florence!

Brilliant stay. It began with the very capable and certainly very warm Andrea, upon check-in; everyone should be as pleasant and professional as him. I had some requests for: receiving mail, storing personal items, and related to a complex schedule of 3 stays over a 5 day period: everything went perfectly, thanks to the team at AC Firenze. There's parking on the streets on either side of the hotel, plus electric charging and paid parking underneath the hotel. I had several different experiences with the bar and breakfast staff and, again, everyone is so helpful. These folks understand service and as a consistent Titanium member, I value and recognize above and beyond. Grazie ancora per tutto la squadra AC Marriott Firenze! Mr. H
