We stayed one night with Francesca, a very kind person. The room was spotless with all the comforts. The breakfast was very generous. Francesca welcomed us with fresh croissants, cake, yogurt, milk, pancakes, and more. The property is welcoming and very charming, with attention to every detail. I highly recommend it.

I stayed one night in the fall. A very nice and spacious room, with a shower and bathtub in the bathroom, a shower mat, and towels with soap (I was alone, yet they provided towels and shampoo for two), and a hairdryer. The location was very convenient for me, as I needed to get to the university campus, considering its proximity to several blocks of the University of Viterbo. The room had a refrigerator and air conditioning (also for heating). Viterbo is a city where temperatures drop quickly, so it's necessary to keep the heating on for a long time. Everything was very clean. The full Italian breakfast (only dessert) and the hostess was very helpful, kind, friendly, flexible, and welcoming; she felt like a family. There are three rooms and a beautiful, bright living room in the entrance hall where you can have breakfast. Furthermore, something I personally appreciate, the location is surrounded by greenery and a beautiful garden. The place remains quiet and relaxing. Last but not least, the excellent quality-price ratio is just as important as the other aspects mentioned above.
