Ebbio is pure magic and its team are truly remarkable hosts. In my years hosting retreats, I've never felt as impressed by the warmth, grace and ease with which we (12 of us) were welcomed and cared for. The space itself is rustic, cozy and elegant. The farm and gardens are stunning and wildly impressive. The studio space is one of my favorites - beautiful wood floors, also cozy, warm and well equipped. We all felt as if we had landed in the best treasure of Tuscany and are already talking of our return.

Such a special place! I hosted a 15-person yoga retreat at Ebbio in September and it was really well executed by the Ebbio team. The yoga space is super cozy and fit our group perfectly. The food was amazing, thanks to Nyshi and Eliona. And Bardhi was super helpful with all of our requests around the property. Supporting our team as if we were family. Monteriggioni is beautiful and the nearby nature is a highlight. Recommend and would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks Sabilla for having us!

Stunning. Very magical place. Location is perfect just 1 hr from Florence. The property, the house and decor is really beautiful. The food was amazing. The staff was friendly and kind. We had the best time making pasta. We will be back to host another retreat for sure!
