Beautiful accommodation, spacious cottage with facilities and a swimming pool (for an additional fee). In a beautiful, quiet location (on a slope). The owner is great, nothing was a problem, great attitude. For me, it would only need better pots for cooking (unfortunately we didn't bring our own) and the shower trays would need new ones with reinforcement or better base walls. Otherwise, everything is great. In winter, access will probably be worse, but in summer, no problems.

We spent 1 week in the cottage (a group of 18 people). The cottage is very well equipped, whether it's grills, a fully equipped kitchen, billiards, table football, darts, or deck chairs on the terrace with a beautiful view. There is a lawn around the cottage, and a forest a short distance from the cottage, which was appreciated by the dogs we were able to bring with us. The location of the cottage is near the village of Králíky or Dolní Morava. All tourist attractions are a stone's throw away. We, as a group, were warned in advance to bring our own towels, toilet paper, kitchen towels, etc., so we were not surprised by anything in this regard. The rooms are spacious, multi-bed, bed linen and sheets are available for an additional fee. There is a TV in the spacious dining room and Wi-Fi access is possible throughout the cottage. There are photographs of the construction of the cottage on display and it is clear that the owner put his whole heart into the construction. The only minus I give is for the showers, which really need more maintenance.

Pros: The cottage is large and spacious, the environment is nice. The common room is excellent. Cons: We paid extra for electricity separately - 50 euros for 2 nights :-( There was no toilet paper. There is no trash can in the rooms. No towels. The grill is moldy and definitely not to be used. No fireplace (50m away from the cottage). The walls in the rooms are leaky and not soundproof, just cardboard and that's it. The key to the toilet was missing. The shower cubicles are starting to remember something. And I could go on, but I don't want to.
