La Valle Delle Rose

We had the most wonderful stay at Valle Delle Rose. Luigi is a great host, who gave us lots of local recommendations and made us the most delicious breakfast. We cannot wait to come back and try his dinner-time cooking! The farmhouse is beautifully restored in a modern way and located close to many cute cities and interesting sights.

We had 2 wonderful nights at La Valle Della Rose. Luigi was very helpful and super nice 😊 The location is very peaceful and a great base to see trullis and also a trip to Matera. Thank you so much

We simply loved it soo much! The Hotel is beautifully located in the nature and has a nice terrasse and lounge area outside. The rooms are very clean and modern. The host was very welcoming and showed us the farm and a old stone building a bit like in trulli and his flour machine. Beause they grow their weat and make the own flour for their home made pasta!! The food was incredibly amazing and I can be quite critical with food. The quality of the ingredients and love for food was exceptional.
