Rooms crowded, no space for luggage for a ‘4 person’ room. Terrible service from hotel staff. Have to pay for towels, have to clean apartment on your own with no cleaning products so you have to buy your own. Deducted money from our deposit with no reason why. The only good thing about this place is the location

Very small rooms for four persons, two of us had to sleep on the floor. Ski locker is barely big enough for two skis and two snowboards, to you had to take the ski boots to the room that was already to little. The room was clean and the infrastructure (shower, hot plate, oven,...) were alright.

Arrived in time for check-in, rooms weren't ready. Check rooms before setting down for anything broken. Otherwise, they will charge you for anything broken. The beds are very uncomfortable. At the end of the day, only a base for skiing.
