Posada Rural Caborredondo

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights in September, 2025. Our room, although small was clean, and well provisioned. We were on an upper floor with a views of the hills to the North. Our hostess Begoña Guillén Iso was warm and welcoming and despite some challenges between my Spanish & her English she managed to convey a useful itinerary for us as we toured the local countryside. The room had wifi, and breakfast was simple, though plentiful.

We stayed three nights and it was very pleasant. A very nice house, well managed by Begoña and her team. All very clean, nice common areas, nice garden. Excellent breakfast. Close to several touristic highlights in the region. The excellent host, Begoña, gave us very good tips on what to visit and on restaurants.

Begoñia runs a very comfortable B&B. Her home is meticulously and lovingly cared for. The beautiful sitting areas, porch and grounds provide wonderful places to unwind after a day of travel. The room is spotlessly clean and very functional. The breakfast is comprehensive and delicious with both cold and hot components. If you are traveling by bike, Begonia offers a locked shed to keep your bike safe and dry. The host is very warm and communicative, and will do her best to make sure that you are well taken care of. The B&B is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood a few km outside of Santanilla del Mar. There is a small restaurant within walking distance but a car is likely necessary if you desire more options or amenities.
