Very friendly and helpful owner, great pension, even better for the price.

Byli jsme zde dvakrát. Poprvé velmi příjemný pobyt na 5*, podruhé naprostá katastrofa: Zapomněli, že máme přijet (a v penzionu ani nebyli), v pokoji celou dobu hrozná zima, ale majitel odmítal adekvátně zatopit. Poprvé v životě jsem se rozhodl odjet z ubytování před koncem domluveného pobytu (a samozřejmě jsem majiteli uhradil probydlenou dobu). Majitel k tomu vymýšlel jakési stornopoplatky za neprobydlené dny. Nulová sebereflexe majitele, proč asi odjíždíme. Přístup a komunikace s majitelem fakt hanba. Na předešlou negativní recenzi reagoval tak, že ji napadl u googlu - aby ji tu neměl + ukazuje, jak se staví ke svému podnikání. Tak uvidíme teď. ;-)

We rented an apartment for work. The apartment was clean and relatively well furnished. Unfortunately, it was cold there and that is a problem in rainy weather when clothes don't dry. The agreement with the owner regarding the heating was not very good, until the last night he turned it up a little. No one took out the trash can for the whole week. Otherwise, it was quiet there. The overall impression was rather positive.
