Bit out of town but only 10 minutes to Cafe, bar etc. Right on the francigena outside the door.

I only found the location interesting. Parking is in a small lot, and if it's busy, you're screwed. Very large and spacious room, which stays cool in the summer. The shower is okay, but without a bidet, which is unheard of in Italy these days. The price is exorbitant for not even providing breakfast. Not recommended unless you have no other choice if you're improvising.

Great weekend ;) We booked a mountain view room with an en suite bathroom. The room was very spacious (there's even a small kitchen area with all the essentials, including a working refrigerator; it's a shame you can't use the kitchen), and the bathroom was very large. Breakfast wasn't included (but there are nearby cafes within walking distance). Parking was close by. The owner was very kind and friendly. We'll definitely be back ;)
