Great overall look and feel to the aesthetic, And Polite staff. The two things I didn’t really enjoy about my experience at the resort. First off is the strong wood smell to the sleeping rooms, not fully disappointing but it’s a little uncomfortable. Second thing was, once entering into the apartment, we noticed 2 big spiders in one of the two sleeping rooms we stayed in, We noticed how the windows were slightly opened for ventilation but it invited in friendly bugs… I’d rather sleep comfortably not doubting I have a friendly tenant under my bed or the furniture!

Lovely place. The facility is beautifully designed. The rooms are well-appointed, and the equipment and furniture are of high quality. Attention to every detail is evident. Very comfortable beds. Customer service - at a very high level👌❤️. We highly recommend this place.

Big sized feamle middle-aged receptionist on 12th august morning shift was rude. The room was too hot and we couldn't sleep. We asked if they could provide a fan and she said all were used by other rooms and refused to solve my problem. She refused to answer my further questions. There were wasps and hornets living in the wooden beams right outside rooms 302, 303 and 215. So we couldn't open the windows to air the place because they flew right in when the windows were open. It was very stuffy and hot in the room. There was no ventilation in the loo. The bedroom was so stuffy and hot that no one could sleep in the bedroom and we all shifted and slept in the living room. I suggest you don't pay for the premium rooms (the most expensive category and 2 or 3 room apartment ) cos they are all under the roof and have the same issue. There were also mosquitoes at night Pool is occupied by kids from the village (swimming class) every weekday afternoon 1-3pm. And the guests are not allowed to use the pool during this time. Andrea the receptionist is friendly. Middle-aged male receptionist on 17th August evening was very informative and gave customers before me a way more detailed check-in info. There's no soap dispenser in the kid's toilet in the kid's club. The buses to zell am see and back stop running at 7.19pm and you have to walk
