End of August 2025 review: Strong points: + friendly and helpful personnel, + clean, + modern, + sufficient parking space, + breakfast and dinner buffet variety including different theme evenings. + price/value of drinks + nice to have connected rooms when staying with 4 adults Minor suggestions for improvements: +- too much salt on gyros dish +- some evenings, the deserts corner was empty after 19:00. When we checked in, we were requested to come to the dinner at a later time, since the hotel also has many families with small children. As we arrived after 19:00, so 1 hour after the dinner buffet opens, a lot of deserts were already taken and not refilled. +- not much variety on lunch menu. And on the day we wanted to have lunch at the Rock Bar, no cook was available. Major points of improvements: - please install airco in the rooms during summer time, as the room temperature did not go below 25 degrees Celsius - please install airco watercooker with tea and coffee in the rooms - please put a wash dryer rack on the balcony, as we now had to dry our swimming gear on the chairs outside.

We’ve had an amazing time at the hotel, the staff members were extremely helpful, friendly especially Judith at the reception. She was always proffesional, helpful, gave us recomendations on sites to see, helped us anytime we needed something, and made all the paperwork including check-in/out a great experience. We are thankful to other staff members at the bar, restaurant and cleaners who made sure we had everything we needed. We recommend the hotel in all seasons due to it being close to hike trails and ski resorts.

The location was nice however if you don't have a car it's 25 minutes walking from the centre. NO BUSES over the weekend and a very few over the week. The hotel has a friendly and nice team. The rooms were clean and spacious although I personally don't like the small toilet separate. The spa is absolutely fantastic although you are not allowed to use swimwear and it made me a bit uncomfortable. Also it opens at 4PM so it's very busy around that time. Kitchen is buffets but so tasty and good! Expensive drinks however. Overall a good stay
