A most lovely place to stay. Staff is very friendly and was very accommodating to our schedule adjustment. / They had free, fresh ground coffee all day. // Clean & quiet space in a calm neighbourhood. If we return to Rome in the future, will stay here again.

(Pilgrims on the Via Francigena) nice room, super comfortable bed, blanket and pillows, but the breakfast is weak! How can you say you have breakfast in italy with instant coffee? Dove ha la testa?

Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. Attentive and courteous service and welcome. Located outside Rome but easily accessible by public transport. Free parking is readily available. A major problem is the noise: there's a dance school that plays music at all hours, a dog that barks constantly, and trains passing just a few meters away, disturbing your sleep.
