Great value for money. Great staff at reception, breakfast, cafeteria & Housekeeping especially Roberto at the desk & Luba from Housekeeping. Just a short walk to the slopes. With own shuttle service and centrally located in Formigal. And the view from the room during the winter period? Simply magical! Thank you

It's not an hotel but rather an youth hostel. Basically, it ruined my ski holiday. Terrible for adults who want to relax after skiing all day. The only positive thing is the staff. Otherwise, the hotel is full of teenager school groups. The noise is constant and everywhere. The SPA is mostly closed because they can't allow it for 30+ teenagers to use it at once. If you think about finding a spot in the evening to read a book, use or laptop or tablet, forget about it! Let's not forget the weed smell on my floor (again, teenagers...). The food at the restaurant is very limited. I had to have dinner there because it was pre-paid. Lastly, when I booked via esquiades, I paid for a private shuttle service to the slopes. Doesn't exist. Worse Formigal experience ever.

As a group of 4 we couldn't arrive due to blocked roads with snow. They charged us €400 each with no return. Don't trust these people if you have paid in advance. No leniency what so ever.
