Dear Hotel von Graf Team, I would like to thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel and to share some feedback from our visit. The location is truly excellent—just a few hundred meters from the Clock Tower and right in the heart of the Old Town, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. We genuinely loved the hotel itself. It felt very cozy and welcoming, and the rustic style of the rooms was something we appreciated a great deal. The atmosphere perfectly matched the character of the area. Your employees were kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable. We also enjoyed the restaurant: it had a quaint charm, the food was good, and while the selection was not large, the quality more than made up for it. Our stay at Boutique Hotel von Graf was one of the best, and we traveled all over the world so we had all kinds of experiences, good, bad and great. First of all because of heavy snow we couldn’t arrive on the scheduled date and the hotel staff offered to change our booking so that we don’t lose one day, offer that we happily accepted and turned out to be the best decision for us as the roads were cleared and we could stay safe during our travel. The restaurant staff is very well trained. We were impressed by Nicu, his service, professional attitude and attention to detail, from the fact that he was wearing gloves at all times, served our dishes one by one, at our request, as we were traveling with our 2 children to the fact that he even offered them coloring books so they didn’t get bored while the food was getting ready. The design of the boutique is also an impressive one, every way you look you notice how much effort they put into designing every corner, stairs, stone detailed walls, internal patio, windows. We loved our apartment, everything is made of wood, very romantic, soft lights, clean and child friendly. We will definitely remember this short getaway!

Our stay at Boutique Hotel von Graf was a memorable one. The building itself is historical, with thick walls that instantly give you that sense of stepping back in time. It has clearly been renovated with care, preserving its medieval identity while adding comfort and style. The decor fits perfectly—wood, stone, and warm lighting that match the old-world charm of the place. We stayed in Room 3, and we loved the loft layout. It felt cozy and inviting, and we slept wonderfully. This hotel offers something different—authentic, atmospheric, and full of character. A beautiful blend of history and comfort.
