Hotel Turna Malbun

Wonderful restaurant and hotel! Wheel chair accessible, amazing surroundings and staff that go out their way to help. My friend was even allowed to use the pool for a small fee whilst she waited for us to finish skiing, just two small steps down into the pool area which staff helped navigate down. Highly recommend. Possibly the most comfortable bed I've slept in, in a hotel. Some interesting animal skulls on the bedroom wall, but the rooms and bathroom were large. I believe I had a family room. I arrived in the evening and was able to relax under the stars surrounded by mountains, in outdoor jacuzzi. Robes provided in room. I had a lovely breakfast, a great mix of fresh fruit, pancakes, breads, meats,cheese, yoghurt hot food. The staff were lovely and flexible when I needed it, which was very much appreciated. The restaurant was cosy, the location right beside the saeris chairlift means quick access to mountain trails. This hotel exceeded my expectations

Highly recommended. Stayed here for 3 days in September. Pros: thoughtful service, flexible, room has plenty of storage, non-smoking. Good quality and varied breakfast, exceptionally good bread and pastries, good coffee and cakes. toys in swimming pool, indoor and outdoor play area, comfy bed. Clean room (maybe too clean…strong smell of chemicals in shower room). Note for next time: ask for less salt on food. reserve a parking lot during high season to avoid the public parking lot 400 meters away.
