HOTEL 5 RESIDENCE

You could be part of a nightmare hotel! I've never found a place with so many problems. The room smells of smoke from the moment you arrive, the single bed is practically a camp bed with a worn-out mattress, non-existent soundproofing, showers, people talking about floors in the middle of the night, the TV has two remotes... just one to turn it on. I have two more nights to stay... let's hope the staff manages to redeem themselves.

I had a bad experience with this hotel, but even though it was resolved with a refund (after I mentioned my intention to report them) to compensate for the poor service I received, I still see myself as unable to recommend it to anyone. I won't go into too much detail, but the most important lesson I learned is that even if the name of the property includes the word "Hotel," it doesn't mean you can expect them to take care of basic amenities for an overnight stay. In my experience, the description of the services on booking.com doesn't fully match what I received. In the future, I will pay much more attention to low reviews before booking.

The hotel at first sight is very welcoming and clean, as soon as you enter you will notice the reception that will accompany you until you reach your room, once you arrive at your room you can notice that it is very clean and well-kept, large rooms with a small balcony.
