Great Langdale Glamping

I have wanted to stay at Great Langdale Glamping for quite a while and I finally had my first stay here this week and it didn't disappoint. The location is amazing with the best views of the Langdales and it's was so peaceful. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and the pods very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing in after a day out walking. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family and I can't wait to come back and stay again soon. The only thing that would make it absolutely perfect, is if I could bring my dog with me, but I understand the reasons why this is not possible. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We have stayed here several times in different pods in the best and worst of weather! Every time is amazing, just waking up to the views of the Langdale Pikes. Being on a traditional Herdwick farm is also very special. The family are brilliant, helpful and welcoming. The pods themselves are well equipped, very warm and delightful( maybe consider taking a camping/fold up table if weather looks inclement and you like to self cater). The hot tubs are a wonderful indulgence at any time and especially after a long walk. It is truly the best place to walk or to unwind and relax if you love the mountain scenery and appreciate the Lake District.

My partner and I stayed here this week. Everything was perfect! Great communication beforehand and a lovely welcome. Easy check in, good instructions for everything we needed and super comfy and cosy. We were worried about the weather with it being January, but warm hot tub, log fire and underfloor heating had that sorted. Beautiful location and a nice picturesque, easy walk to the local pub was a bonus. Thank you, we will be back!
