Torre Agnese

We chose Torre Agnese for a honeymoon with my partner, to celebrate our anniversary. What can I say? It was a gift of a lifetime. The Mantengo room, with a window overlooking the lake, is so beautiful that no photographer or artist could capture its beauty. Absolute quality. Hospitality, cleanliness, excellent food, great music, empathy, art, nature, lake view, super comfortable bed, wonderful linens, a roaring fireplace, excellent wine. The hosts convey the passion with which they've created a place of great charm, which encompasses the best of Italian culture, including, but not limited to, art, pleasure, professionalism, tradition, beauty, and entrepreneurship. Congratulations! I don't hope to return; I desire it and I'm determined to do so!

La struttura è una dimora ricca di storia, di fascino e di pace. Immersa nel verde, con una splendida vista sul Lago di Piediluco, in posizione strategica per raggiungere località bellissime. Colazione con torte dolci e salate buonissime fatte in casa. Monica e Nanni, i proprietari, sono sensibili, attenti alle richieste degli ospiti e pronti a dare consigli preziosi sul territorio. Torneremo sicuramente.

The building is dated, the rooms are not cleaned as per the housekeeping regulations, and the breakfast is poor. There is no hairdryer or Wi-Fi. The house is difficult to find, located around a bend in a side road, and there is limited parking. To have the gate opened, you must call a few minutes in advance each time you want to return by car. All this for €153.00 per room. I strongly advise against it.
