NIGHTMARE! DIRT! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! ONLY THERE ARE BUGS!! Ladies and gentlemen, I don't expect luxury. We spent over five hundred złoty for a room for one night. For that amount, it would have been reasonable to at least keep it neat and clean, but unfortunately, what we found in the room was terrible. A hole in the slant! A broken socket and no electricity in the next room!!! A broken shower door! The room probably hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner in two weeks. Out of this world!!! I'm attaching photos to confirm my opinion of the quality you get for almost 600 złoty per night. The offer stated that towels were provided. However, I think two towels (small, like a face towel) are a bit too little to dry yourself off after a shower that's scary. The door doesn't work, and it seems like it hasn't seen any cleaning products in a long time. The towel is only suitable for laying on the tiles so you don't fall out of the shower. At this price, you should buy a rug at Pepco for 15 PLN, at least for the shower. :) Hand soap would also be useful. It's a shame they're skimping on heating in the rooms when it's -14°C outside at night. The lady at the reception moves like a sloth from Zootopia. The terminal doesn't work; payment is by BLIK only. They don't accept payments through Booking. As for the food the guesthouse offers, I don't know; I haven't eaten. However, judging by the room's appearance, I dread to think what must be going on in the kitchen. The only positive thing I can find about this property is the location; it's really great, close to the slopes, and the bistro next to the ski resort, which serves truly outstanding food. However, I highly recommend staying at APARTAMENTY GUNSJONAT BIAŁY POTOK! I don't expect luxury, but I do expect cleanliness.

It was terrible. The room was pathetic: dirty, the lights and sockets didn't work, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the bed stank. The shower was leaking, the shower holder was broken, and the toilet was leaking, making it impossible to sleep because the water was constantly making noise. The dining room and breakfast were a nightmare, completely unsanitary, the food was unintelligible, looked stale, and I couldn't even imagine what I could eat from that breakfast. When I asked to make scrambled eggs, the answer was, "I don't have time..." Shock!!! Why do you offer breakfast, and most importantly, charge for it? A room costs 100-150 euros per night. Not to mention that I asked for an invoice for two days and waited almost an hour at check-out. One girl does everything: checks you in, feeds you, clears away the dishes, and issues bills. I don't recommend this place. A ruined weekend.
