Villa Panorama

We visited the accommodation with my sister and her young daughter. Given the price and presentation of the property, we had relatively high expectations, especially regarding cleanliness, which is absolutely essential for us in a similar type of accommodation. Unfortunately, it was immediately clear upon arrival that the cleaning was not in the condition we would expect for this price, and we gradually discovered other shortcomings, including significantly dirty windows. I would like to emphasize that we understand that the accommodation is not new or newly built and that it is natural for some elements to wear out over time. However, we consider the state of cleaning itself to be problematic and not in line with the level or price of the accommodation. We were very uncomfortable with the fact that the cameras were pointing directly into the interior of the accommodation. Combined with the fact that the property has no blinds or other shielding, we perceive this as a major violation of privacy, especially when staying with a child. Another disappointment was the condition of the appliances and some dishes, which definitely did not correspond to the level and price of the accommodation. For the amount we paid for our stay, we would expect at least 100% cleanliness and an appropriate standard of equipment. I would also like to add important information that we paid a separate amount of PLN 600 for cleaning, which was quite surprising to us, since this item was not included in the price of accommodation. We understand that cleaning cannot be done by itself, but we are even more surprised by the actual condition of the accommodation in which we started our stay. Generally, we like to return to places where we feel good, but in this case, unfortunately, we do not plan to. The owner responded to our comments only with an apology and information that she would check the cleaning, but without any further specific solution.

Beautiful new, clean accommodation. Each room has its own bathroom, kitchenette. Outside a large fenced plot with a playground for children, outdoor seating and an amazing large hot tub! Ideal for families with children. Just above that is the Žiarce resort. Demänovská dolina 5 minutes by car. We were very satisfied!

We recently returned from this amazing place, but we already know we'll definitely be back. Villa Panorama – the name says it all, but it wasn't until we entered the house that we fully understood why. The entire house is modernly furnished and has everything you need – from a tiny screen to a projector where you can watch movies together. Another plus is the excellent communication with the manager and owner; they quickly answer questions and are always available to help. A beautiful, well-maintained, and well-kept place. I highly recommend it to everyone.
