Craigag Lodge Bed & Breakfast

Craigag lodge is an absolutely wonderful hidden gem just outside of Glenfinnan. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in July of 2025 while we were hiking and touring in the area. The rooms are fantastic, as are the breakfasts. The location is off the highway and very quiet and is also a convenient drive to many places of interest and hikes. Shaun and Beth are terrific hosts - they run a great little lodge, cook great food, and are a delight to chat with. We returned late from a climb near Ben Nevis one evening and I asked Shaun if it was too late to order a dram of whisky - his response - "It's never too late for a dram" was greatly appreciated after a long day! Not sure how much longer the lodge will be run by them so definitely book in and stay while they are still the owners. I'm sure Shaun and Beth's next enterprise will be just as amazing!

We had an amazing stay. Room's we're relaxing, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Shaun & Beth are exceptional hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Shaun, very kindly dropped us off at our starting point of the Cape Wrath and picked us up from the station on our return. Would highly recommend and shall definitely return. If you're looking for a great, quiet location, this is the place for you. Shaun and Beth are super-friendly hosts. Order the pancakes in the morning; I've rarely eaten such good, fluffy pancakes. The walk to the Glenfinnan Viaduct Bridge is perfect for me, just 4 minutes.
