Airelles Val d'Isère

Airelles Val d’Isère is truly something special. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was on another level. Travel immediately felt seamless and stress-free, like we had officially “arrived” the second we stepped onto the property. Every detail was handled with such care and precision that all we had to do was relax and enjoy the experience. What stood out the most was how they made us feel genuinely special. The team has an incredible way of anticipating your needs before you even realize them. From organizing our ski days to coordinating meals and ensuring everything flowed perfectly, the entire stay felt effortless and beautifully curated. A very special thank you to Elio, who went above and beyond in every way. His attention, warmth, and dedication turned an already amazing stay into something truly magical. He made us feel like VIPs and created moments that we’ll remember forever. Most important to be noted was perhaps we were not the easiest guest as we had travel inconveniences and had to stay an extra day with them last second but Airelles maneuvered things and made everything seamless. Airelles isn’t just a hotel, it’s an experience. Impeccable service, unmatched hospitality, and a level of care that sets a new standard for luxury travel. We can’t wait to return.

Our ski trip with Airelles was exceptional from start to finish. The hospitality was truly outstanding — warm, thoughtful, and impeccably executed. Elio was especially attentive, guiding us to the best ski runs and dining spots and making the entire experience feel seamless and personal. Every detail was anticipated, and the level of care throughout our stay was unmatched. Airelles sets the standard for luxury hospitality — we can’t wait to return.

We were warmly welcomed and sat in a very cosy and comfortable setting. The food was outstanding, it was the best truffle pasta I’ve ever had!
