The host, Mrs. Antonella, was very friendly and attentive to my family's comfort during our stay. The place is cozy, and the villa is a great place to escape the big cities with their exorbitant accommodation prices. However, it's well located, close to cities like San Gemigniano, Siena, and Florence. It takes me less than 30 minutes to get there from San Gemigniano. The breakfast is excellent, with cheese, ham, and prosciutto sandwiches, croissants, hot and cold drinks, all prepared fresh to your liking. There's an excellent restaurant across the street, with excellent food, service, and prices. One thing to note: they only accept cash or PayPal.

My night at this accommodation was exceptional. A newly renovated large room, one of three in an ancient building. There’s also 2 more rooms above the breakfast room. Breakfast made lovingly by the owners mum was the best that I have had. The views are stunning. I can’t say enough how wonderful this place was. In comparisons price wise there are no comparisons- I only wished that I could stay longer. There’s also a typically Italian restaurant beside the accommodations so if like me, you have walked there, that much is appreciated.

Great little hotel in a charming city. The city streets were empty except for the square, which was filled by locals. No influencers in sight. The hotel others were so very kind and hospitable. They helped us organize a taxi from the nearest train station. We were walking a few legs of the Via Francigena, starting here. And it was a perfect place to start. The room was nice, clean and cool. The shower was good. Breakfast in the garden was fantastic, made with love. I had the freshest eggs here that i think I've ever had! The hotel organized dinner for us at L'Osteria Pinchiorba and we will forever remember getting to know Gnudi pasta. We are grateful! We would definitely stay here again.
