I completed a 10-day treatment through the social thermalism program, and my personal experience is that I had a wonderful time thanks to the facilities, the treatments I received, the care and kindness of the professionals, therapists, doctors, and support staff. Thank you all so much. My connection with the surroundings has been very enriching for me. It's a magical place, high up, a bit wild, and isolated since there's no public transportation. This wasn't an obstacle for me, but it can be for someone with limited mobility. All the routes, both shorter and longer, are wonderful.

*A 10 OUT OF 10 FOR THE STAFF AT THE QUIÑÓN SPA AT THE HOTEL CONTINENTAL (Panticosa Spa Resort)* For their empathy, efficiency, and friendliness, both from the receptionists and the gentleman who escorts guests to the facilities. We filed a complaint because on November 4th and 5th, 2023, part of the spa was closed, and this had NOT been mentioned by phone when we booked two gift vouchers that we could redeem until 2026. They were very understanding and gave us vouchers for the TIBERIO THERMAL SPRINGS circuit when it reopens. That's how you make customers: fair treatment. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and competent.

The circuit is fantastic, the staff are very friendly (I won't mention names, but they're all wonderful), and the gentleman who greets you is very pleasant and explains everything with a great sense of humor. The peloids are spectacular, as they say; you feel like you're levitating when you leave. I highly recommend it. Lockers, towels, and the medicinal water are excellent. You can see the mountains while lying down. The pool is very relaxing.
