The experience at Edelweiss, where we dined and stayed overnight, was truly wonderful. We returned home delighted and enthusiastic: we're always looking for authentic places, not big chains, but authentic places and people who truly live the mountains. This time we found them! A family that runs everything with passion: the stable, the countryside, the kitchen, and the two rooms. You can immediately sense their love for what they do. The dinner was excellent, with generous portions and truly high quality. The room was comfortable, warm, and with a wonderful view of the valley: so much silence and so much snow, a true gift. We had a wonderful, very enjoyable time. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

We had dinner and had a great time. There's a tasting menu (you can choose all the courses, a light menu, and a children's menu). All the dishes are delicious, and they use the farm's own produce, which you can purchase if you like. The staff is friendly and even offered to show our kids around the stables!
