This is my third visit to this hotel,great location when touring on a motorbike around the coast of Spain and down into Portugal,Very quite location,rooms are immaculate,beds are very comfortable,Bar on site,Evening meal available if you book in advance,But for me the most important thing is the owner lets you park your motorbike outside your room under cover,And next year he’s hoping to offer indoor parking for bikes,

It was a lovely place to stay, away from bustle of big cities. Quiet, very clean and modern. The garden was really pretty. Our host was friendly and gave us tips of the best things to see in the area. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but if you reserve with meals you will get delicious freshly prepared food from local produce. We had seafood paella which was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

If I could give this beautiful rural hotel more stars I would. We were walking the Cantabrian route which passes very close by somot was a perfect location. The surrounds are very rural, and incredibly peaceful, but we could still walk 30 mins into Barreiros in the evening. If you prefer though you could just relax in the pretty garden. In summer they do food and drinks in the evening I believe. We booked breakfast with the room and it was very reasonable 6€ each. Delicious and complete with yoghurt and blueberries, toast, jam, tomate etc and wonderful homemade? cake. Lorje could not be more helpful, friendly and caring. Our room was small but comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the shower excellent. Everywhere looks brand new though they have been open 3 years. Really an excellent find.
