Casa Etxezuria

We stayed there for a week, and the house is super clean and well-equipped. It's a quiet, family-friendly place. The man who welcomed us was extremely attentive and friendly. We'd definitely stay there again if we returned to Navarre.

I was there years ago, and it was definitely an incredible place, both the house and the town, as well as the surroundings. The owner, besides being a great host, is a scholar of the region and will give you advice on what to see and do. I hope to return soon.

The Etxezuria rural guesthouse in Arirkun is a fine example of quality accommodation, with attention to detail and the warm, personal service typical of Navarre. We stayed for a week in August in the Txiki, perfect for a couple, fully equipped, high-quality, comfortable, and welcoming—you'll forget you've ever wanted to go home. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. If I had to find a fault, it would be that there's a garden with a gazebo and barbecue a few meters from the house, although it's not connected to the main house. The location is perfect for exploring the Baztan Valley, even without having to move your car from the doorstep. The surroundings are spectacular: this valley, in our opinion, embodies the best of the Navarrese Pyrenees. The owner, Maite, handled our minor issues with diligence and warmth.
