Le Castel

Room was clean and spacious for European standards. However reception was hardly available - it appears that a single receptionist has to tend to both this hotel and the hotel next door, and most of the time she sits in the reception of the hotel next door instead. I had to walk over just to get help, or even request for her to come by this hotel to process my check out. Would recommend investing in one more receptionist so there’s a dedicated reception for each hotel :) Other than that, all was good!

Stayed for a few days with family, one of whom has some mobility limitations. Everything was easily accessible, no steps. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms very comfortable and modern. We ate twice at the restaurant because it was so good and the terrace is a great spot

Although the hotel is located in the center of Luchon, it has a very calm environment. Really nice place, great terrace, nice room with all comfort. Dinner and breakfast was very nice. We were sorry we had to leave 😁
