Glen Nevis Self-Catering Park

The campsite is incredibley clean and very well maintained. All the staff are lovely the receptionist was extremely friendly and made check-in easy and smooth. We had a 3 person pod which was very clean and bigger then they look, beds are comfy all had a good night's sleep. Toilets and showers on site are well maintained and cleaned daily. Shower has good pressure with good temperatures. The on site shop has a very good range of items and well priced and again lovely staff. Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

I camped on my way from NC500, The location is beautiful and the facilities are good. The reason I'm only giving two stars is that I went to the catering outlet and it was just about to open, I asked how long and they said five minutes. I said great I'm hungry for some good food, with that another camper said to me it's food but you definitely can't call it good. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered the Scottish burger and chips, it was venison burger with black pudding and a whiskey sauce. Well it was disgusting, the meat was cold and definitely not up to probe serving temperature and the bread bun was wet and soggy. The chips were ok, but for £14.50 a go I expected better and as other campers are warning about it then this is obviously the standard you push out on a regular basis. Probably thinking their on holiday we will never see them again. Might be a good idea to take stock of your food and cooking qualities and brush up as the public are not happy with your standards. Onwards and upwards you can do better. Would not stay again due to food being so bad, they offered to re do it but I had lost my appetite by then and binned the food. Was thinking of getting food standards in as it was so bad, they could poison someone with that poor standard of cooking.

We had a lovely stay in a static caravan. The location was perfect for what we wanted, scenery was fantastic. Campfire kitchen food hut was amazing. The caravan was modern, clean and bedding/ towels were supplied. The only negative I have is that they say WiFi included but this did not reach our caravan (caravan 3). If I went again I would request another caravan
