12 out of 10. We were 3 climbing families with small kids and stayed in Tomaš House for about 10 days over Eastern. We had the most warm welcome by Tomaš that we ever experienced!! The house is gorgeous, the view amazing, the pool great, the interior lovely. Osp with its climbing caves is located just across the woods in the next village. Loved everything about our stay.

I have stayed in many villas around the world and I can confidently say that this is one of the best! And the best thing about this villa is its owner Tomaz - I have never met such hospitality, friendliness and responsiveness anywhere. The villa itself is gorgeous. If you want to experience special hospitality, this is a unique place to visit - there was nothing that Tomaz did not provide us with. Cupboards and pantries were full of food and drink, vegetables and herbs, grapes grew in the garden. An incredible place!

Simply paradise on earth. We were lucky to find this fantastic place just opened on a top of a green hill, in the middle of olive trees, pine forests, grape fields just few minutes from seaside, but far enough from crowded touristic hassle, with a breathtaking panoramic view of two countries, evergreen forests,. The old house is professionally renovated with a great taste mixing the old and new design with natural materials. The house is equipped with all facilities you could wish in a 5* hotel and a lot more, there are several small details you can only discover during your holiday. The place is near to a dead end village with zero traffic but also safe. The owner is a fantastic host, offering a great service with vegetable garden, farm eggs, local wines and a cute bbq terrace with all equipments. It is a unique place where quality vacation, meets with hospitality and kindness.
