Josl Mountain Lounging Hotel

Excellent experience from booking to checkout! We arrived in the morning in ski gear. Super friendly Mate unloaded our car, took our skis to the boot room and parked our car. We got a key card to access the building and once we came off the slopes our luggage was already in our room. The spa area is really nice and there were enough loungers in a separate room overlooking the slope. They offer a nicely prepared afternoon snack buffet and great dinner. Our server David was professional and fun. When there was an issue splitting the bill at checkout the attentive receptionist said she could see we were keen to get on the slopes. She would work it out and the bill would be ready when we get back. Our cars were brought round and loaded for us while we had a fare-well drink with our friends. What a wonderfully flawless weekend! Thanks guys, it’s really great to see that this is still possible “at home” in Tyrol.

We were greeted the Austrian way at the reception, with a drink while our luggage was taken to the room. Close to the lift, great food (breakfast included as it should be in every hotel), relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. The outdoors pool overlooking the mountains is a bliss after a hard day's skiing. Note the age limit.

Great place to stay for a week of skiing. Friendly staff, great food, short walk to gondola, relaxing spa, pool and sauna.
