Charlotte - Gîtes de France

We were disappointed with this gîte for several reasons: - The state of the grounds: withered flowers in rusty or broken pots... The agapanthus hedge was overgrown with brambles. - The stoves were so worn that the red ring at the bottom was no longer visible. Mrs. André provided us with replacements. - Poor drainage in the sink, reported three times. - A nice view from the skylight in the bedroom, but only for a small section between the bushes and a farm building. - We left at 10:00 AM, as agreed, but we didn't see the owner, who was "drying her hair." We waited and then finally left. The photos are probably about ten years old because they no longer reflect reality. What a disappointment when you see all the other gîtes nearby (with hydrangeas in abundance...).
