Found this one on booking.com. we think it may be brand new because there were no reviews on it yet, plus when we got there the room and whole building felt brand new. Super clean, simple and comfortable. Pleasantly surprised - great value for money compared to other postings we saw in the area. A coffee machine at reception (think they had hot chocolate too) with complementary mini biscuits. Location was superb. You can walk everywhere from there. Know that santiago is very hilly so wear comfortable walking shoes.

⭐ 10/10 From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The family who runs it is lovely, always attentive to every detail, and our children were so happy they already want to come back. It's hardly a "guesthouse"—it's better than many 4-star hotels! The room is modern, comfortable, and very cozy. The food at the pulpería downstairs is fantastic: the octopus and the rump steak were spectacular. Everything was perfect. We left wanting to stay longer, and we'll definitely be back!

A well-located, very clean, and comfortable place. The friendly welcome and excellent service are much appreciated; the girl who greeted us was delightful! And the food at the pulpería (octopus restaurant) below the guesthouse is fantastic. Highly recommended! When I return, I'll definitely stay here again.
