Excellence Group

At the reception desk, the receptionist was remarkably arrogant. We had booked two nights, but on day two, we couldn't get into our room. He almost threw the reactivated key at our heads. A friendly colleague blamed the computer. The parking space included in our Bongo voucher couldn't be used because it was fully booked. The first evening was chaotic in the restaurant. In the end, we were served a steak full of nerves and browned leftover fries. The breakfast was good quality, but it had to be taken in the dated breakfast room of the connected hotel. On day two, we were told we had to eat at a different restaurant in the evening, but no one bothered to inform us. Fortunately, the room manager resolved the issue. The glasses in the rooms weren't replaced, and there were only decaf coffee pods. This hotel belongs to the Excellence group, but I wonder where the excellence lies. This group lacks management, vision, and warmth. Falwty Towers, Luxembourg-style.

I came to the spa today with my daughter; we had a very good time, a very warm welcome, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, and relaxation room.

Very clean and very nice! However, also very chaotic. I recommend booking without half-board, as you can certainly find something better and cheaper in the area. Otherwise, my companion and I were very satisfied.
