Hotel City Piacenza

We called them last minute because our car broke down. Very helpfull and nice staff. The day after we checkend out they even called the garage and a taxi for us because we don't speak Italian. Beds and rooms are perfect and the breakfast is very good. Thank you.

nice hotel with comfortable rooms. lots of toiletries in the bathroom and water in the minifridge. good variety of food for breakfast. friendly people both at the breakfast buffet and at the reception. location quite q bit outside of the city and not in a very pretty area.

Decent hotel. Receptionists were courteous. Room service was good. Rooms were a bit small though. Beds placed just beside the wall. Washrooms were decent and clean. Hotel is situated in the center of Piacenza with shopping areas at walking distance. Overall, value for money.
