Avoid! Dirty rooms (one of our sheets was full of stains and was replaced upon request), non-working equipment like window shade which was broken so room was very dark inside, lack of power sockets... As a bonus, they try to charge city tax even for underage children (children till 14 years should not pay) although they had all the documents well in advance and were informed about that fact. Afterwards they try to deny they got the documents. Gross! It’s not worth the hassle here.

I came too late, but once I arrived midnight, I found a post in my name with letter guidance for everything with room card. I appreciate the care they provide, Very good prices as well, comfortable rooms. Thank you so much for the excellent service 😀

TERRIBLE. Do NOT book here. No price is worth this, not even if you are just passing! My boyfriend wanted to stay for his exam but his exam eventually was last minute online.. they took our money immediately from the credit card when we tried to cancel and explained the situation, and at the same time they called again to ensure we were not coming so they could also book someone else in the bed and basically get double money.. no empathy at all! Terrible conditions and hygiene, no friendly people.
