Visited rental service 05.02.2025 Absolute worst rental service. Staff very rude and surprisingly unprofessional, they are literally laughing at clients on the spot and don’t provide any help at all. Easily go to conflict. Gear is nasty. The boots we received were soaking wet, boards come unwaxed with scratches. These guys are simply spoiled by the amount of tourists that go there. Do not bring them your money. There are many more rentals in the area. Do not recommend.

This resort was perfect for learning to ski. After 5 years of fear, I finally succeeded thanks to the supportive and friendly atmosphere. Special thanks to Coach Jan, whose 30+ years of experience made all the difference—after just 20 minutes, I moved from the beginner slope to skiing down the mountain, unlike my friend (on her third lesson) who stayed on the learning slide, I truly believe it really depance on coach. Tip: If you’re renting equipment, ask the receptionist to skip the long queue or arrive at least an hour early. A fantastic place to build confidence and enjoy skiing!

I and my friends rent ski from this shop. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I haven't try my boots and he has already adjusted my ski without asking my ski level. When we returned the ski, one of my friend went to car to grab shoes, so the rest of us were wait on the bench (we shared one receipt so need to return ski together). The staff asked me to bring the ski to him and I explained that my friend was on the way. However he did not understand English and just continued complaining about I did not bring the ski to him. Also, this shop is cash only. Apparently, Czech is their target customer and staff do not care about customer service.
