B&B Hacienda Riogordo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hacienda Riogordo during our parental leave with our 7-month-old son. The tranquil setting, magnificent mountain views, and excellent breakfasts created an ideal environment for rest and relaxation. We were particularly impressed by the warm, attentive, and professional hospitality, which made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. We highly recommend this exceptional accommodation and would gladly return in the future.

This place is amazing, if you want peace and tranquility this is it. Only 1 hour from Malaga airport, 30 min drive from the sea, 1hr to Ronda and within easy driving distance of many other beautiful places where you can walk, bike and even horse riding. We were so well looked after by Harmke and Menno, lovely home cooked treats for breakfast, fresh baked breads, fruit, cereal and yogurt, also eggs made to order. The view of the mountains at breakfast is breathtaking, and very hard to leave, so several cups of tea or coffee needed here. The rooms were immaculately clean and the beds made up everyday, this was the case for the whole property including well cared for gardens and swimming pool. Harmke and Menno were always on hand too if you needed inspiration on how to spend your day, where to eat and where to see the best views. We loved this place and felt so welcome we really cannot wait to return, a great base for discovering real Spain.

I spent 5 days at the hacienda and had the most wonderful time! The breakfast each morning was delicious, with something different every day. The hacienda itself was stunning - the pool, the different outdoor areas and the views. Harmke and Menno were amazing hosts, going above and beyond to make me feel so welcome. Harmke gave me so many recommendations for both Riogordo and Malaga (the second part of my trip) and I enjoyed all of them! Thank you for such a great time and I'll definitely be back (maybe with a car this time)!
