Belambra Clubs "Le Castel Saint Anne"

The hotel is trying to save on everything, making several aspects of the stay miserable. The beds were not made; there were no bathroom towels nor carpets; the reception was often closed, or the receptionist was on cleaning duty; it wasn't clean; the cleaning at the end of the stay was not included; they didn't gave us basic info, like for instance the fact that the main beach was closed to bath due to pollution the 1st day; the "welcome" bag just contained two sample of cleaning products; there was not toilet paper for the week; the kitchen is so small, it's a joke (you have no room to open the dish washing machine and the cupboard at the same time while standing in front of the machine!); there is no room for your stuff like towels, shoes, beach games; the bed is overlapping the French window and the main door of the room; the living room just has a small 2-places sofa and no room for a small table...
