Morvich Caravan and Motorhome Club Campsite

This was our 4th visit to Morvich CAMC site and we love everything about the place, particularly the scenery and walking opportunities around the site. The wardens Simon and Judith are very welcoming and do a great job of maintaining the site to a high standard. On our previous visits we stayed in a campervan but have since bought a caravan, partly as a result of coming here. This was only our second trip in the caravan so we were still fairly inexperienced. After a long tiring drive, we tried to pitch up and had a failure with the jockey wheel leading to quite a stressful experience for new caravan owners. Simon and Judith couldn’t have done more to help by assisting in getting the caravan unhitched then even going as far as repairing the jockey wheel the following day. We fully recommend this site and it’s still by far our favourite CAMC site.

Lovely peaceful site in stunning location. Surounded by mountains. Our first visit, but will not be our last. Site is very well maintained and we got a very friendly welcome. Ideally placed for touring this beautiful part of Scotland.

We sheltered here for 3 nights during the worse of Storm Amy after making the wise decision to head inland from a beach site. Throughout our stay the wardens Judith & Simon were just amazing; communicative, caring & working hard to keep everything together! All this while we all endured the worst possible conditions; 100mph driving rain, multiple falling trees, power outage, phone signal lost and rapidly filling WC tanks! Our fellow club members all lent a hand when helping to clear trees & branches off the caravan & Motorhomes they had landed on! We really look forward to staying again but hopefully in brighter conditions! Many thanks again for everything! x
