A very mixed experience. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good. But! For 260 francs per night for one person, there's no tea or coffee in the room, and no water on the floor. Plus, for that price, they sell slippers for 3 francs and a toiletries kit for 4 francs. You have to go naked in the sauna, but there's no information about this on the website, and it's not for everyone. On my last day, I left my luggage at the hotel, and since I was running late, I called and asked them to prepare it, explaining the situation. The woman at reception replied that she was alone there and couldn't help me. There was no one at the hotel who could handle such a minor request. When I got to the hotel five minutes later, a man was already there and opened the room with my luggage. So, you can leave the reception for one minute. Communication at reception is 50:50. And the worst part is, after picking up my suitcase and boarding the bus, I discovered that the handle was broken and wouldn't go down. And judging by everything, there is no point in even contacting them about this, since they write that they are not responsible for the things, although they accept them for storage!!!

We stayed there in one of beautiful fall season weekend. We loved the place. The location is perfect, facilities really good, free covered parking, nice spa, delicious breakfast and super friendly and attentive staff! Definitely recommend!

Very nice place and great price! We enjoyed staying outside of St. Moritz in this cute town of Pontresina and is about a 10 minute bus ride to St. Moritz. The hotel provides shuttle service to the train station where the bus can be picked up; very convenient. The staff is friendly and Natalie was amazing! I highly recommend renting skis or snowboards in St. Moritz. We went to a place based off the hotels recommendations (Gruber Sports) which was a great place, but dragging everything in to town could have been prevented. Most definitely check out sledging in Preda or Muottas Mural. So much fun for couples or even families!
