Albergue O'Lagareiro

I was bitten by bed bugs here on October 1st. I saw one walking on my mattress the next morning. So please, be careful. I'm writing this as a warning for fellow pilgrims and the hostel itself. The hostel can't do anything about this; the bed bugs were probably brought in by another pilgrim. But it's important to know... Otherwise, the hostel was very nice, clean, and the people were incredibly kind. The pilgrim's meal is also amazing! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed here 15/3 and found bed bugs there, beds were otherwise comfortable. It was €20 per night for a bed in a 8-bed mixed dorm, no curtains on bunks. There is no common indoor area but a nice outdoor terrace with good views at the back of the restaurant. Unfortunate about bed bugs because host is really friendly and helpful and would’ve otherwise really enjoyed it.

I was here just now, unfortunately they are currently renovating because there were bed bugs and they replaced the whole thing. Very fair attitude Bravo :)
