The location is really good, it is very quiet and chill but... apartment for 3 is very tiny, bed is with 2 mattresses but they split in such way that 1 person falls between mattress. Stairs to the bedroom are really uncomfortable and not really safe (especially when you are tired or just woke up); they got outlet right behind the pillow. There are larger cottages also, I believe, but this one is definitely not good for 3 persons. Service exists...... We got met by friendly staff that showed us our room and claimed a payment, that was it. You have 1 kettle to boil water and several cups, no food or baveridge available on site, so I strongly recommend taking them from Mestia with you. This place has really great potential to become one of the greatest places to stay, but definitely not now. Price is not worth what I've got.

Last part up, from the road to the actual cottages is a bit of a challenge. Rocky and very uneven road. Wouldn't recommend driving this with a 'low car'. The cottages themselves are amazing to stay in. They're basic but have everything you need. The view is amazing, at daytime as well as at nighttime! It's optional to have breakfast (included) and dinner (by reservation) so that you don't have to go into Mestia anymore.

I have spent a night at Bude. Very cozy and 100% natural. Could be cold at winter, but the service provides you with a heater. The bathrooms is made poorly, I afraid the shale will need reconstruction after a couple of years. We also had no soap and toothpaste. In the smallest shale do not expect anything besides of a sleeping place and a toilet. But I give 5 stars for the location and warm invitation by the owner, who have taken us back to the city (the place is 4 km to the deep forest). We have also occasionally hosted a local kitty at our place, which is pretty nice.
