Ferienhaus Kraxlhütte Krippen

A beautifully renovated, spacious and very clean house which is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven, jura espresso machine, 3 bathrooms and a sauna. A nice garden with terrace. The house is located on the mountain and therefore has a nice view. It is a fine base for walks starting at the house, or many activities in the area. Highly recommended to explore the Saxon Switzerland from this place.

We (five adults, one child - 4 years old) stayed at the Kraxlhütte for a week in May and were thrilled with this fantastic accommodation! Very clean (no other vacation apartment/holiday home we've stayed in has been this clean), a very well-equipped kitchen, very charming furnishings, an enchanting garden, and the luxury of three bathrooms. The host is extremely friendly and gave us very helpful tips about the area and excursions upon check-in, and a beautiful bouquet of tulips and delicious jam awaited us as a welcome. Only the hillside location was an unusual challenge for us "flatlanders," but we mastered it admirably :) On the other hand, the view from the upper floor is magnificent. Our daughter's verdict: This is the most amazing Kraxlhütte in the world!

Fantastic accommodation with excellent amenities and a beautiful, natural garden. The three bathrooms and the sauna were the icing on the cake. A welcome gift of flowers and delicious homemade jam rounded off the owner's warm hospitality. Highly recommended. The only thing is that the playhouse requires a bit more attention for small children, as there are many unsecured stairs. However, this was perfectly fine for us.
